The Emirati Author: From distribution opportunities to publishing challenges

Panel discussion and book signing in partnership with Nabati Publishing House
A panel discussion on the challenges and obstacles of publishing and distribution will also explore methods for supporting the publishing industry, writing, and literary research. The talk will give an in-depth look into experiences of the following Emirati authors whose books were launched through the Riwaq Al Adab Wal Kitab initiative: “From the Morning Flood” by writer Laila Mohammad Ali Muhammad Al Farsi, and “But They Are Gone” by writer Afnan Mohammad Al Hammadi.
